RESOUTION NUMBER        APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF STAMFORD AND STAMFORD EMERGENY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR THE LEASE OF A PORTION OF THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 80 FAIRFIELD AVENUE.



NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 26TH BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT:

Pursuant to Section C1-50-3 of the Stamford Charter and Section 9-7 of the Code of Ordinances, the lease of approximately of a portion of the premises known as 80 Fairfield Avenue in the City of Stamford, which portion consists of one (1) interior garage bay and two (2) parking spaces in the adjoining parking lot by the City of Stamford to Stamford Emergency Medical Services (SEMS) in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Lease Agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof, for a term of four (4) years commencing from the date the Stamford Board of Representatives approves the Management Agreement between Landlord and the Lessee and terminating four (4) years from such date, with the option to extend the term of this lease for one (1) additional year upon the same terms and conditions contained in the attached lease agreement, is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Lease Agreement.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 26TH BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT:

Pursuant to Section C1-50-3 of the Stamford Charter and Section 9-7 of the Code of Ordinances, the lease of approximately of the premises known as 684 Long Ridge Road in the City of Stamford, by the City of Stamford to Stamford Emergency Medical Services (SEMS) in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Lease Agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof, for a term of four (4) years commencing from the date the Stamford Board of Representatives approves the Management Agreement between Landlord and the Lessee and terminating four (4) years from such date, with the option to extend the term of this lease for one (1) additional year upon the same terms and conditions as contained in the attached Lease Agreement, is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Lease Agreement.
